Ascension Women's Team

The Ascension Women's Volleyball team is one of the founding teams for the Women's division in the Volleyball League of America

They were one of eight teams that competed in the VLA cup in Chicago for the first women's VLA event

Ascension played in the VLA Cup in Madison, Wisconsin May 17-19. They started strong going 2-0 in pool play on day 1 and finished the weekend 2-3 for 8th place
